Spooky Rocky Road recipe:
2 tablespoons of syrup
150g biscuits – either digestives or shortbread
More mallows to melt on top and sweets to decorate
Grease a deep baking tray
Melt the chocolate, butter and syrup together
Add in all the ingredients making sure that the biscuits and crunchie are broken into small pieces and the mallows are chopped up – mix well covering with the chocolate.
Press the mixture into the baking tray. Decorate with sweets. Melt the rest of the mallows in the microwave for about 20 seconds – spread over the top to make spooky cobwebs. Chill in the fridge. Cut into squares and eat!!
